Silky Shorts

I thought I should add some pictures of Kaysen since Ashlyn had so many. I don't know what it is with little boys and their silky basketball shorts. Kaysen is in love with them. Along with many other boys too. He is becoming such a little man and we just love him in our family. He is a cutie!!!

We decided to put Ashlyn in ballet to get her out and socialize with girls her age. She is such a girl so I thought we should try it out. She is loving it so far and loves to practice at home. She is going to have a performance at Christmas so we are looking forward to that.

Things Our Kids Say!!!

So I decided that I need to start writing down the funny things that our kids say. So once in a while I will post my favorite ones....

Ashlyn...
I asked her if she would change Kaysen's diaper.

She said...
"No,I am a kid, it is stinky!!!"

When he was telling Ashlyn something. He kept on calling her "Honey"
I thought that was funny because Kids sure do listen to what there parents say. I am just glad it was something good!!

SUMMER IS ENDING...FALL BEGINNING

Now summer is coming to an end. I definitely have mixed feelings. I do love summer but it is fun to have different seasons. Coming from Canada our summer ends sooner. So it was nice to have warmer weather a little longer. We had lots of good times this sumer and many memories made. Ashlyn and Kaysen enjoyed the pool at our complex as so did I. We loved having family and friends visit us. I think we might be a little lonely this fall... but we are looking forward to visiting family in California this fall. When the weather turns cold and Steve can take some time off from window cleaning!
