HAPPY HALLOWEEN 2010

Steve and I went to a Halloween party. It was a lot of fun!! We dressed up as Woody and Jessie. Thanks to a friend who lent us the costumes. She made them and I thought she did an awesome job.
Halloween was a lot of fun this year. Rob, Jami and Olivia came along with Tyson, Adrianne and their 4 kids. We had dinner and then all the kids went out trick or treating. Bryce was not sure about his costume. So it came off quite quickly. Bryce is a duck. Kaysen a shark.

The three witches. Ashlyn, Hannah and Sophie
All the kids. Sam, Ethan, Hannah, Kaysen, Ashlyn, Olivia, Sophie and Bryce

All the candy the got!! Now we just need to hide it!! Glad they didn't get anymore.

First Snow Fall

The kids were ecstatic to wake up to snow. They went out as soon as they could. I thought I would have been sad to see snow but I think it makes things beautiful. I enjoy winter and the activities. I am excited to take the kids sledding this year. Last year was hard because Bryce was a newborn so I didn't do much with the kids outside. Bryce is just as excited to go outside even if it is cold. So bring on the snow with warm temperatures!!

Fall Activities!!!

Gardner Village is always fun to visit during Halloween. They have the cutest witches set up all over. We came here for Kaysen Preschool field trip. They had to go find all the different witches and then they got a cookie from the bakery. The kids had fun posing by the witch!!

A group of us went to a pumpkin and apple orchard. They had hay rides and other fun activities for the kids to do. Jolynn and her two girls ( Hayley and Madi), Tiffany and her kids (Blake and Kierlyn) Staci and her kids ( Cloe, Estella, and Eli)

Carving pumpkins with our neighbors. We didn't quite finish but they had a blast!!
Cloe Chavez and Ashlyn

Bryce enjoyed playing with the pumpkin seeds!
A trip to the temple. Well, we need to make another one because I just realized we didn't get any pictures with Steve. We wanted to get a family picture but the kids were acting up. We were lucky to get a few pictures with Kaysen smiling!

Bryce's favorite things to do!! (10months old)

Bryce thoroughly enjoys pushing around Kaysen's trucks and cars. He also enjoys climbing the stairs. If you look closely you can see he can't part with the truck and is dragging it up the stairs with him. He always thinks it is a game when I come he climbs a little faster as he giggles. As soon as he gets up stairs the first place he likes to go is Ashlyn's room. There must be a lot of fun and interesting things in there. Bryce has been such a joy to have in our family. He has grown up so fast!!

SOCCER

This fall Kaysen played soccer. The team was made up of 4 year olds in our neighborhood. He has a good group of friends. They played 2 games a week for 4weeks. Kaysen was a little nervous about playing at first. By the middle he was playing up a storm. He was especially good at bringing the ball down the field. He also got a few goals!! Uncle Carson came to a few games. Kaysen told him he would get a goal for him or his team would. (very serious too) He did score a goal for him and looked over at us to make sure we saw!! Kaysen was also a little character and had a good time hanging with his friends. He also had a awesome coach that helped them learn the game well!

He is a little silly boy!!
Going for a kick!!

They gave out these fun trophies. If you spin the soccer ball it lights up blue and red. He loved it!
